HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
So that we can get the most out of your appointment, we start by having a chat to really get to know you and your wedding. Once we all have a clear vision of how you want to look and feel on your wedding day, we'll start diving into our gorgeous rails of wedding dresses. Most of our appointments last around 1hr 30 minutes.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Elizabeth Kate Bridal offers an unforgettable bridal experience by appointment only. Our appointments give you exclusive and private use of one of our lounges, Eden or Rae along with our expertise and undivided attention. Our intimate and relaxed boutique will have no interruptions as you find your dream dress.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Just a little heads-up about our appointment policies so everything runs smoothly:
✨ Saturday appointments have a £20 booking fee, it's non refundable but don’t worry—it goes towards your dress if you find “the one” on the day! Need to reschedule? Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll happily move it for you.
✨ Weekday appointments are totally free—yay!
✨ Booking more than 2 years in advance? We just ask for a £50 booking fee, which comes off your dress when you say yes! (It’s non-refundable though.)
WHEN SHOULD I LOOK FOR MY WEDDING DRESS?
To find your dream wedding dress, we recommend booking your bridal appointment 12-18 months before your wedding day. This ideal timeline allows us to order from our designer collections and complete all necessary fittings and customizations for the perfect fit.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
You don't need to wear anything specific for us although nude/light coloured underwear is always a bonus! A good fitting strapless bra is also great but only if you already have one. A little make-up is fine but please don't use fake tan as it can stain our dresses. Don't worry about shoes until it's time for your fittings!
WHO CAN I BRING?
We can seat Bride and up to 3 guests so feel free to bring a small group of honest, yet positive family and friends. Make sure to only invite those who really know you and your style so can support your decisions and share their opinions in a positive way.
