How did you two meet?
We met in the queue for a Jess Glynne concert in Manchester
What about the proposal, how did it go?
The proposal was amazing! She’d booked a table at the top of the shard at the champagne bar in London over looking the Thames then got down on one knee, then she’d booked a table at the sky garden and when we got back to our hotel room she’d had it all decorated in candles etc.
Tell us about your venue.
Our venue was just perfect, as soon as we walked in it just felt like the place we were going to get married in. They were so amazing with everything and their styling was exactly what we wanted. They covered everything we needed and were so helpful.
What was your wedding style/inspo?
I’d say the style we went for was a bit boho, filled with pampas grass displays!
Tell us about your dress!
My wedding dress was Hattie Lane by Rebecca Ingram and it was just perfect for me, loved the style even though it was the opposite of what I thought I would pick. The blush undertone just finished it off perfectly! I just felt so amazing in it all day. I also had a custom veil made by Holly at Elizabeth Kate. It was one of my favourite parts, it was a perfect match for my dress and I LOVED it!
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
I honestly couldn’t pick a favourite part, it was perfect from start to finish.
Any changes? (Things you wish you’d done or wish you hadn’t!)
I know im biased but it was just the best wedding ever The only thing I wished I’d done was try and take it all in a bit more, the day goes so fast and before you know it it’s done!
Any tips for brides to be?
Tips would be just enjoy every single second, from start to finish. Take it all in and just have the most amazing time. Oh and get a bouncy castle, the photos were the best!
